Anokhi Museum of Hand Printing located in the ancient pink ‘Chanwar Palkiwalon ki Haveli’ also known as Anokhi Haveli. Anokhi Museum of hand printing is the foundation which is charitable and works with a core objective of preserving the traditional customs and works of artisans of Jaipur. This foundation takes cares of the talent and skills of the artisans and provides a good employment opportunities.Anokhi museum of hand printing also works on reviving the age old tradition of hand book printing which also includes traditional hand printing methods and techniques. This foundation also provides live demonstrations of the hand block printing carried by the local artisans. A cafe and a shop in the museum sell handmade limited edition products with jewellery, cards, books, furnishings and clothes. Opened in 2005, Anokhi museum of hand printing also has a mini auditorium which runs slides show and documentries on printing and dyeing daily.
Timings: Tuesday to Saturday: 10:30 am to 05:00 pm.Sunday: 11:00 am to 04:30 pm, Closed on Mondays and major national and local holidays.Museum is closed between 1st May to 15 July every year for maintainance.

By Road: Anokhi Museum of Hand Printing is located at a distance of 15 km from the centre of Jaipur city near Amer fort bus stand. One can easily reach here with local taxi or cab.

Govind Dev ji      As the name suggests, this temple is of Lord Govind Dev ji - The original idol of Lord Goivnd Dev ji was found by the follower of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu named Roop Goswami about 450 years ago. It is said that Maharaja Sawai Jai singh installed the idol after it was brought from Vrindavan when Mughal ruler Aurangzeb tried to destroy it. After that Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh built his new palace ‘Chandra Mahal’ in front of it so that the first thing in the morning he could do is to take blessings of the lord.
